These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jeetbuaz ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of all products, services, and features available through the jeetbuaz website and any associated mobile interface. By accessing the jeetbuaz platform — whether to browse, register, deposit, play, or withdraw — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

jeetbuaz provides an online gaming and sports betting service to eligible players in Bangladesh. The platform offers live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and a cricket-focused sportsbook. Acceptance of Terms

It is the player's responsibility to ensure their registered email address is current and accessible. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the jeetbuaz Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between jeetbuaz and the player with respect to use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter covered herein.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jeetbuaz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing jeetbuaz from a location where online gaming and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any other person or entity.
• You do not hold an existing active or suspended jeetbuaz account under the same identity or any other identity.

Age Verification

Underage Access

If jeetbuaz discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposits and winnings will be withheld pending investigation. One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jeetbuaz. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, jeetbuaz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonus-related activity, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetbuaz account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a suspected security breach to the jeetbuaz support team at support@jeetbuaz without undue delay.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications that request your jeetbuaz password or OTP code.
• Report any suspicious account activity to support@jeetbuaz immediately.

Account Information Accuracy

It is your ongoing obligation to ensure that all information held on your jeetbuaz account is accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number, email address, or residential address changes, you must update your account details promptly. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

jeetbuaz supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Bangladeshi market, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) without currency conversion or hidden fees charged by jeetbuaz. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer.

Deposits

All deposit transactions on jeetbuaz are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. The minimum deposit on jeetbuaz via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Deposits made using bank transfer methods may be subject to higher minimums as specified in the cashier. jeetbuaz does not charge a transaction fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider directly.

Funds deposited to your jeetbuaz account are held in a dedicated player funds account and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the deposit transaction. jeetbuaz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network congestion, or banking system outages.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your jeetbuaz account may only be made to a payment method that you own and that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing a first withdrawal, jeetbuaz may require completion of identity verification (KYC) including submission of a valid NID or passport copy. This is a standard compliance measure and is applied to all players without exception.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the jeetbuaz finance team within the timeframes displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time. jeetbuaz will communicate any delays to the player via their registered email address.

Anti-Money Laundering

jeetbuaz operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. jeetbuaz reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, and to suspend or close accounts where AML concerns cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of the compliance team. General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses on jeetbuaz are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount as specified in the offer terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• jeetbuaz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.

By using the jeetbuaz platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on jeetbuaz under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the jeetbuaz platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or undocumented feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the jeetbuaz platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jeetbuaz customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the jeetbuaz platform from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any jeetbuaz software or game.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetbuaz platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of jeetbuaz or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jeetbuaz content without the express written permission of jeetbuaz.

jeetbuaz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that continued access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or third parties, or where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.

Voluntary Closure

Players may close their jeetbuaz account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jeetbuaz. Upon receipt of a closure request, jeetbuaz will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds (subject to identity verification requirements) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion, which results in account closure for a specified period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect as quickly as technically practicable after the request is received. Closure Due to Breach

Where jeetbuaz closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, underage play, or AML violations — any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. jeetbuaz will not be liable to the player for any losses arising from the closure of an account in these circumstances.

jeetbuaz provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jeetbuaz takes all reasonable steps to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the platform, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

Platform Availability

jeetbuaz shall not be liable for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance, third-party service outages (including payment processor downtime, internet service provider outages, or game studio server failures), force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of jeetbuaz.

Gambling Losses

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. jeetbuaz is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your use of the platform's gaming or betting services. By choosing to place bets or play casino games on jeetbuaz, you acknowledge and accept that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of all forms of gambling activity.

Third-Party Content

All games available on the jeetbuaz platform are supplied by independent third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. jeetbuaz is not responsible for the content, functionality, or technical operation of these games beyond verifying that they hold valid certification from an internationally recognised testing laboratory prior to their inclusion in the jeetbuaz library.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the jeetbuaz internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh for resolution. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
